Sweat Storm

Step into a Sweat storm (CrossFit )group class, where the atmosphere is electric with shared determination. The workout is a mix of intense, varied exercises—powerful cleans, box jumps, and challenging kettlebell swings. The collective effort and camaraderie create a storm of sweat, pushing everyone to their limits during the high-energy Workout of the Day (WOD). The class concludes with a sense of accomplishment, leaving participants drenched in both sweat and achievement.

Strength and conditioning

In our group class, “strength and conditioning” refers to a holistic approach to fitness. It combines exercises to enhance both physical strength and overall conditioning, incorporating elements of weight training, cardiovascular workouts, and functional movements. The goal is to improve your overall fitness, including strength, endurance, and agility, in a supportive group setting. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class caters to individuals seeking a well-rounded and effective workout experience.

Power Up

Combines strength and Intensity exercises to make your body fitter and stronger. You will work up a sweat fast, working at very intense level and then backing off for a slower recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity. Helps you lose weight, build muscle, and boost your metabolism. Plus there is a post-workout bonus, Your body will burn calories for about 2 hours after exercise.

Zumba

Check out the dance craze that’s sweeping the world. inspired by Latin dance music and created in Colombia, Zumba adopts a variety of styles in it’s rouines : Gumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Mambo, Rumba, Flamingo and Galypso. Music selections include both slow and fast rhythms to help sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves. No dance experience required. Our coaches live and breath Zumba and their energy and enthusiasm is infectious in these exceptionally fun classes. Open to all.

Yoga Class

Yoga places emphasis on physical alignment, understanding correct anatomical movement and various deep relaxation techniques. It increases strength, flexibility and awareness of the body. It develops movement and also helps you to cope with stress in a healthier efficient way. Classes are varied and open to all levels of fitness.

Crunch Time

 is a constantly varied highly challenging programme that will not only help you sculpt and strengthen the core, but you will learn a great deal about how the core works in combination with other major muscle groups. It’s fun, super interactive …… and sometimes just plain hurts.

Jumbo

It is also known as a Plyometric and Calisthenics . It involves jumping (explosive movement) and person’s own bodyweight. These exercises are performed with differing levels of intensity and rythm. It develops the strength, endurance, flexibility, speed and coordination.

It is a slow paced work out that requires heavy weight lifting. Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, plates and machines are needed equipment. Class that helps you to build your muscles, strength, and endurance

Body attack is a taught 3-D or three dimensions & HIIT

Its about strength, incorporating your entire body

The moves throughout the class fall into three categories Runs, polymeric lunge&jumps, pushups, burpees, tuck jumps, and core strengthening

HIIT it UP

A higher version of HIIT with short and more rigidly defined work-outs

this burst, intense workout (20sec,10 sec off) for 8 Rounds will help to enhance health, Fitness, and Burn calories with a higher intensity level for a short period of time.

 

(if properly done, it will be a higher form of workout. 4mins work-out for 30 – 40 mins with RPE=10 for every 20 seconds of work and only 10 sec period of rest interval)

AMRAP

As many rounds as possible or AMRAP.

a workout that is often used as a form of HIIT and focuses on pushing yourself as much as possible, during a set of timeframe.

(it is a good muscle endurance exercise / aerobic exercise. a continuous workout, round after round without rest within the given time frame.

RPE =7-9)

KickBox Burn

This is a high-energy workout combine with martial art techniques and defensive moves with fast pace cardio,

expect rope skipping, jumping, throwing punches, and kick and core exercises.

kickbox burn builds stamina, endurance, improves coordination, flexibility, core strength, and burns 700calst as u build lean muscles with fun and challenging work out.
