Sweat Storm

Step into a Sweat storm (CrossFit )group class, where the atmosphere is electric with shared determination. The workout is a mix of intense, varied exercises—powerful cleans, box jumps, and challenging kettlebell swings. The collective effort and camaraderie create a storm of sweat, pushing everyone to their limits during the high-energy Workout of the Day (WOD). The class concludes with a sense of accomplishment, leaving participants drenched in both sweat and achievement.

Strength and conditioning

In our group class, “strength and conditioning” refers to a holistic approach to fitness. It combines exercises to enhance both physical strength and overall conditioning, incorporating elements of weight training, cardiovascular workouts, and functional movements. The goal is to improve your overall fitness, including strength, endurance, and agility, in a supportive group setting. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class caters to individuals seeking a well-rounded and effective workout experience.

Glutes and Quads Blast

Get ready to fire up your lower body with this high-energy strength and endurance class designed to target your quads and glutes. This session combines resistance training, bodyweight movements, and functional exercises to help you build muscle, improve definition, and boost lower-body power. Expect a mix of squats, lunges, step-ups, hip thrusts, and other explosive moves to challenge your legs and glutes like never before.

Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will help you develop strength, stability, and shape while improving overall performance. Come prepared to sweat and feel the burn!

Zumba

Check out the dance craze that’s sweeping the world. inspired by Latin dance music and created in Colombia, Zumba adopts a variety of styles in it’s rouines : Gumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Mambo, Rumba, Flamingo and Galypso. Music selections include both slow and fast rhythms to help sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves. No dance experience required. Our coaches live and breath Zumba and their energy and enthusiasm is infectious in these exceptionally fun classes. Open to all.

Yoga Class

Yoga places emphasis on physical alignment, understanding correct anatomical movement and various deep relaxation techniques. It increases strength, flexibility and awareness of the body. It develops movement and also helps you to cope with stress in a healthier efficient way. Classes are varied and open to all levels of fitness.

Crunch Time

 is a constantly varied highly challenging programme that will not only help you sculpt and strengthen the core, but you will learn a great deal about how the core works in combination with other major muscle groups. It’s fun, super interactive …… and sometimes just plain hurts.

Power Hour

Combines strength and Intensity exercises to make your body fitter and stronger. You will work up a sweat fast, working at very intense level and then backing off for a slower recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity. Helps you lose weight, build muscle, and boost your metabolism. Plus there is a post-workout bonus, Your body will burn calories for about 2 hours after exercise.

Tone and Trim

Definition:  The Trim & Tone workout targets the upper body focusing on the arms and shoulders for that battle-ready look of streamlined muscles, ready to be put to good work.

HIIT it UP

A higher version of HIIT with short and more rigidly defined work-outs

this burst, intense workout (20sec,10 sec off) for 8 Rounds will help to enhance health, Fitness, and Burn calories with a higher intensity level for a short period of time.

 

(if properly done, it will be a higher form of workout. 4mins work-out for 30 – 40 mins with RPE=10 for every 20 seconds of work and only 10 sec period of rest interval)
