He comes from a military background having run gyms for the army and trained frontline soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq in strength and conditioning. This has given me a disciplined approach to fitness programs although everything should be fun and enjoyable with me.

I grew up from an extended family of where some of my most loved ones suffered from health diseases such as blood pressure, obesity some cancer and other cardio vascular disease which was painful and hurting, and this was because of poor nutrition and lack of exercises.
